Accessibility Statement

How we make m3ca.com usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it isn't.

01

Our commitment

M3CA LTD wants everyone to be able to use m3ca.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or reduced motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

02

Compliance status

We believe m3ca.com is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Automated testing of our main pages (home, contact, services, booking, portfolio, journal and about) found no outstanding level A or AA failures. Automated testing cannot catch every issue, so we also check keyboard use and screen reader behaviour by hand as pages change.

03

What we have done

Every page has a language, title and single main landmark, and a 'Skip to main content' link for keyboard users. Images carry descriptive text alternatives. Forms have visible labels and clear error messages. Text and controls meet AA colour contrast. Interactive targets meet the minimum size. Animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion. Dialogs and menus can be used and closed with the keyboard.

04

Known limitations

Some videos do not yet have captions or transcripts, and some older journal images may have brief descriptions. The Studio AI assistant gives AI-generated answers that may not always be fully structured for screen readers. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps and booking or review sites we link to, is outside our control. We are working through these and will update this statement as they are fixed.

05

Alternative formats

If you need any information on this site in a different format, such as large print, an accessible PDF, plain text or a phone call instead of a form, email info@m3ca.com or call +44 20 3978 6347. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

06

Report a problem

If you find something on m3ca.com that is hard to use, please tell us at info@m3ca.com with the page address and what happened. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 5 working days.

07

Enforcement

If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in Great Britain, or the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
