Operations under strain
The process works on a whiteboard and falls over in practice
Referrals, bookings, approvals or handovers that live in inboxes and spreadsheets, where nobody can say what state anything is in.
A digital product studio in London
M3CA designs and builds software, data and AI products from a studio at 35 Berkeley Square. Senior people on the work, a scope in writing, and something running you can use.
Who we build for
Operations under strain
Referrals, bookings, approvals or handovers that live in inboxes and spreadsheets, where nobody can say what state anything is in.
Legacy software
A platform that still runs the business but blocks every change. We move teams off it in stages rather than in one risky cutover.
A product to prove
A first release, priced and scoped honestly, built to be shown to customers, investors or a board rather than to win a design award.
Proof
Client identities are withheld where confidentiality applies. References can be arranged during a qualified conversation.
How it starts
01
Ninety minutes with the people who own the problem. We leave with the decision the project has to serve.
02
Written phases, named deliverables, the team on it, and what is explicitly out. No open-ended retainers to start.
03
Fortnightly working software, a client portal showing timeline and budget, and one senior contact throughout.
Find us
Nearest stations are Green Park and Bond Street. Working sessions run at the studio or on your floor, whichever gets the right people in the room.
London studio
Where we work
We work on site with teams across central London and remotely with clients throughout the UK. Most projects run from the Mayfair studio, with the engineering practice in the same building.
Start
Send the brief and a senior member of the studio replies with an honest read on scope, sequence and whether we are the right studio for it.
