Almost every show that dies does so between episodes six and twelve, when novelty runs out and process has not replaced it.
- —Fix the format before the first record, then leave it alone for ten episodes.
- —Keep the studio built. A setup that takes an hour will not happen weekly.
- —Cut clips in the same session as the episode, never later.
Consistency is the whole product. Audiences forgive an ordinary episode and never forgive a missing one.
