What we do

01

Custom Web Design

Bespoke design and build that reflects your brand identity rather than a template everyone else is using.

02

E-Commerce Solutions

Secure, user-friendly online stores that enhance the shopping experience and drive conversions.

03

Responsive Design

In a mobile-first world our designs are optimised for desktops, tablets and smartphones alike.

05

Website Redesign

Refresh an existing site with a modern, updated look while protecting your search rankings.

06

Performance & SEO

Core Web Vitals, structured data and technical SEO handled at build time, not bolted on later.

Delivery evidence

Work you can inspect.

Published work and our own systems provide context for the offer. Your scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for your project.

  1. 01

    Retail commerce rebuild

A responsive e-commerce platform joined product discovery, checkout, analytics and secure payments in one measurable journey. Read the published case study for the stated evidence.

  2. 02

    Church and community platforms

M3CA has delivered content-managed websites with resource libraries, donation journeys and volunteer or member services for organisations that need staff to publish without a developer.

  3. 03

    M3CA.com

This site is our own working example: responsive media, structured service content, enquiry routing, search metadata and an operations console maintained by one team.

How we work

Our approach

  1. 01

    Find the commercial journey

We agree the audience, the action the site must earn and the evidence visitors need before they will take it. Existing analytics, search data and enquiry quality shape the brief.

  2. 02

    Design with real content

Page structure, copy and responsive layouts are designed together using the material people will actually read. Important mobile journeys are reviewed on real devices before build sign-off.

  3. 03

    Build the complete system

Front end, content management, forms, integrations, analytics, accessibility and technical search foundations are delivered as one working website, not separate handovers.

  4. 04

    Launch without losing history

We protect useful URLs, redirects and metadata, test the enquiry journey, then monitor indexing, speed and conversion after release.

Is this right for your team?

Service businesses

For teams whose website attracts attention but does not explain the offer or produce useful enquiries. We organise the pages around buyer questions, evidence and a clear next step.

Content-led organisations

For teams publishing resources, events or news. We agree editing roles, approval steps and reusable page structures so content does not depend on a developer.

Retail and growing brands

For product catalogues, checkout journeys or a redesign with existing search traffic. We scope payments, fulfilment integrations and URL migration before choosing the platform.

What you receive

An agreed website scope

A page inventory, priority user journeys, content responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Platform choices follow your publishing and integration requirements, rather than a preset package.

A launch-ready website

Responsive layouts, agreed CMS controls, tested forms and integrations, accessible navigation, page metadata and redirect mapping where existing URLs change.

Ownership and aftercare

Editing guidance, agreed access to accounts and assets, a release checklist and a support plan. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing content work are specified separately in your quote.

Before you commission

Your questions, answered.

Can you redesign without losing our Google traffic?

We inventory indexed pages and useful URLs, map redirects where needed and preserve relevant content and metadata. Search performance can still change after a redesign; nobody can guarantee rankings.

Will our team be able to edit the website?

Yes, where content management is in scope. We agree what staff can change, who approves publication and how reusable page layouts work, then include practical handover guidance.

Can you connect our CRM and existing forms?

We assess the available integration, field mapping, consent requirements and failure handling. The scope names which systems are connected and how an enquiry reaches the right team.

How long will the project take?

Dates depend on page count, content readiness, integrations and approval availability. After discovery we propose milestones and identify what your team needs to supply before committing to a launch date.

Do we need custom software instead of a website?

A publishing or commerce platform often covers a website well. If users need complex permissions, operational workflows or bespoke reporting, we scope that application separately with our custom software team.
