Industry conference scaled from 400 to 3,200 attendees in one edition

TechNorth Forum had outgrown its venue and format — attendance had plateaued and delegate feedback cited poor AV, weak stage presence, and an underwhelming atmosphere. M3CA was appointed to rebuild the conference from the ground up and scale it to a flagship industry event.

M3CA redesigned every element of the TechNorth Forum experience: a new 3,200-capacity venue in Manchester with a custom LED centrepiece stage, eight breakout theatres, and a main stage engineered for broadcast-quality capture. M3CA coached all 22 keynote speakers over four weeks for camera-ready delivery, directed a full hybrid broadcast to 8,400 remote attendees, and produced a same-day content package that reached 290,000 views within 24 hours. Sponsor integration was reimagined as branded experience zones rather than static stands.

Attendance grew from 400 to 3,200 in a single edition. NPS of 91 — up from 54. Hybrid stream reached 8,400 live viewers. Same-day clips hit 290K views. Retained as production partner for 3-year contract.
