The programme

Make AI a team capability.

We agree the roles, tools and starting level before shaping the workshops. Available remotely, in person or as a hybrid programme, with scope and dates agreed together.

A workflow for each role

Your team leaves with reviewed prompts and a repeatable workflow tied to an actual business task, not a generic list of tricks.

Clear rules for responsible use

A working approach to confidential information, permissions, verification, escalation and accountability.

Who the programme is for

01

Leaders and managers

Recognise worthwhile opportunities, choose accountable owners and set sensible boundaries. Practise evaluating a proposed AI workflow without confusing an impressive demonstration with operational readiness.

02

Operations, sales and client teams

Use safe examples to practise enquiry summaries, meeting actions, document comparisons and draft replies. Keep accuracy checks and approval with the person responsible for the customer relationship.

03

Technical and product teams

Translate a requirement into an AI-assisted prototype, understand retrieval and permissions, and build a test set. Review integrations and deployment requirements before turning a prototype into a live system.

The practical curriculum

01

01 / Assess the team and choose a task

Identify current experience, approved tools and a real workflow for each role. Establish a starting example so staff can compare the quality of their work before and after using AI. Output: a task brief and learning goals.

02

02 / Build reliable prompting habits

Practise context, constraints, examples and structured outputs. Ask the model to identify missing information, then check the result independently. Output: a reviewed prompt template your team can reuse.

03

03 / Work safely with company information

Classify sample documents, remove sensitive details and check workspace settings. Practise source verification, spotting invented claims and escalating uncertain answers. Output: a team checklist for responsible use.

04

04 / Compare tools on the same task

Run an approved task through relevant tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Compare usefulness, evidence and review effort, not just fluent writing. Output: a task-to-tool decision sheet.

05

05 / Build a role-specific workflow

Combine inputs, a reusable prompt, a review step and a handover into one repeatable process. Technical teams can explore a Lovable prototype or a company knowledge assistant using safe sample data. Output: a demonstrated workflow.

06

06 / Review, hand over and plan adoption

Present the work, test a difficult case and document where AI should stop. Assign an owner and agree how the team will check quality after the workshops. Output: a practical adoption plan and reviewed examples.

The tools, taught in context

01

ChatGPT & OpenAI

Turn a brief into a repeatable prompt, analyse documents and data, draft useful outputs and check the answer against its sources. Understand which workspace settings protect company information.

02

Claude

Work through long documents, develop structured writing and use AI for planning and coding. Practise source checking, context management and human review.

03

Gemini

Use multimodal inputs and Google Workspace workflows where your plan supports them. Compare source-grounded research, document analysis and everyday team tasks.

04

Grok

Evaluate research and current-information tasks, separate claims from verified evidence and recognise when live social content is not a reliable business source.

05

Lovable & building with AI

Move from a business requirement to an application prototype. Review permissions, data handling, testing and the difference between a demo and a production-ready system.

06

M3CA tools & company AI

Practise grounded answers with Studio AI and Atlas, operational workflows with the Console, reviewed writing with CNC and learning through Skills Hub. Access is agreed for the training engagement.

What your team takes away

Named owners, practical exercises and a way to assess output quality and confidence after the workshops.

A practical engagement

Your work is the exercise.

We begin with your current workflows and safe sample material. Workshops combine demonstrations, hands-on practice and review. We agree tool access and subscriptions separately, and never ask your staff to put confidential data into unapproved accounts.

This is a tailored M3CA training programme, not a vendor-accredited certification or a claim of partnership with the AI providers.

Before we begin

Good questions. Clear answers.

Do staff need previous AI experience?

No. Foundations workshops begin with everyday tasks and safe practice. Experienced teams can focus on workflow design, evaluation and technical integration. We agree the starting level before shaping the programme.

How long is the programme?

The curriculum is modular. Session lengths, number of workshops and any follow-up are agreed around your team size, roles and objectives. Your booking is a request to scope training, not a reservation for a fixed course date.

What should we bring?

A clear task, anonymised sample material and access to approved tools where needed. We agree subscriptions and training access in advance. Never bring confidential customer or employee data into an unapproved workspace.

Is this a vendor certification?

No. This is a tailored M3CA programme with practical exercises and reviewed outputs. It does not claim accreditation from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or Lovable. Skills Hub courses are a separate learning offer.
